| HotelsAvenue joins hands with Pegasus for its UltraDirect distribution service |

HotelsAvenue has signed an agreement with Pegasus Solutions, a Dallas-based leading global provider of hotel reservations-related services, for its UltraDirect electronic distribution services. HotelsAvenue is one of the world's leading travel resource providers that help associated hotels to improve their online turnover by expanding their distribution reach through thousands of travel affiliates ranging from globally situated travel agents to online travel websites.
With this association HotelsAvenue will seamlessly connect to UltraDirect to link to Pegasus' portfolio of more than 86,000 hotel properties, allowing direct real-time access to hotel central reservation systems (CRS), through the Pegasus Switch.
