| Kempinski Group of Hotels Ties Up with HotelsAvenue to enhance its Distribution Network |

HotelsAvenue announced today that it has signed an agreement with the Kempinski Group. The Kempinski Group is one of Europe's oldest and most established luxury hotel chains in with 55 hotel properties located in well-known cities in Europe, Middle East, Africa, South America and Asia.
HotelsAvenue is one of the world's leading travel resource providers that help associated hotels to improve their online turnover by expanding their distribution reach through thousands of travel affiliates ranging from globally situated travel agents to online travel websites.
Through this distribution agreement with HotelsAvenue, the Kempinski Group will be able to expand its distribution network to include not only globally situated travel agents but also prominent travel websites such as instatravel.com and instareserve.com. This exposure will help increase Kempinski's per night room reservation ratio.
HotelsAvenue will also benefit from this agreement as it can now offer its travel affiliates - agents and websites with instant bookable access to room inventory of all of Kempinski 55 plus hotel properties.
